“What if…?” This simple question is the foundation of every invention. But, as is still too often the case in Europe, invention does not always become innovation. Why? Because most challenges cannot be solved by a single government, company or organisation. We need to join forces to let ideas find their way into society and grow into successful businesses.

That is why, this year, the Conference of EIT ICT Labs' partner iMinds is dedicated to “digital innovation in Europe”. With keynote speeches from thought leaders and breakout sessions on collaborative research and entrepreneurship. EIT ICT Labs' CEO Willem Jonker is one of the invited keynote speakers at the iMinds Conference.

The 2013 edition of iMinds The Conference will take place at the Square Meeting Center in Brussels, while keeping unchanged the formula to its success – gathering the best and brightest in academia, policy making, business and venture capital.
