EIT ICT Labs' partner TU/e, University of Technology Eindhoven, announces the launch event of the Data Science Center Eindhoven (DSC/e) on 2 December from 9:00-17.45 hrs in the Auditorium of the University.
 
The theme of the symposium is 'Turning Data into Value' and offers an exciting program on Data Science that addresses a variety of relevant topics. Participation is free of charge, but please REGISTER since the number of participants is limited. 

The DSC/e aims at becoming an internationally leading multidisciplinary research and educational facility in the rapidly developing and compelling field of data science.  The DSC/e will operate in close collaboration with other stakeholders and will make optimal use of its geographical location in the Brainport region.

It will further strengthen research in three broader areas:
•    Data Analytics: Turning Data into Information
•    Understanding and Influencing Human Behavior
•    Internet of Things: Gathering the Data
