At FI-PPP Day in Berlin you will get to know the FI-WARE platform as well as other innovative technologies of FI-PPP programs. Three German accelerators (EXPAMECO, SpeedUP! Europe and FINISH) invite SMEs and startups that deal with applications in the field of FI-technology. Those three accelerators will present their offers in terms of funding and financial support.

FI-PPP Liaison

SMEs and startups can get to know the FI-WARE platform and other innovative technologies and funding opportunities of FI-PPP. Of course, Experts from FI-WARE and EIT ICT Labs are available for further information and questions to SMEs and start-ups. 

FI-WARE is developed within the framework of the FI-PPP program of the European Commission as a core platform for the Internet of the future. It offers different kinds of service building blocks (Generic Enablers provided through a Cloud-based Platform as a Service) that can be utilized through specified APIs and combined in order to create different kinds of Future Internet applications. FI-WARE offers services for Big Data, the Internet of things, Media and much more. 

Win 10.000 € prize money for app development

In connection to this event, EIT ICT Labs in close cooperation with Fraunhofer FOKUS presents the Berlin FI-WARE / EIT ICT Labs Challenge. SMEs or startups may win 10.000 € prize money each for the development of innovative applications based on FI-WARE technology. Among the submitted ideas a committee of experts selects two winners with a prize money of up to 10.000 € to develop their ideas .
