Good practices in Open Source: examples from a large ICT company and some propositions

In the course of this webinar, Stéphane Dalmas (Inria) and Burkhard Neidecker-Lutz (SAP) will share their experience and some of the original practices in Open Source:
- Stéphane Dalmas will address the issues raised by the use of Free Software and Open Source (FLOSS) in collaborations between Public Research Institutions and private companies. To make the best use of FLOSS in such a context, Stéphane will formulate a set of propositions that could make contract negotiation easier and that would offer a secure framework for handling FLOSS in such collaborations;
- Burkhard Neidecker-Lutz will explain the SAP inbound and outbound processes for Open Source contributions and the related effect on the technology transfer.
The presentations will be followed by Q&A and discussion session in which everyone is welcome to participate.
