The summer school on Security & Privacy in Digital Life will take place from July 28th till August 8th in Trento, Italy.
The theme of the summer school is "Security and Privacy in Digital Life" with emphasis on ways of applying the currently available security and privacy techniques in digital society and improving the everyday life and business activities.
The course emphasizes multi-disciplinarity with attention to specific components on key issues related to S&P, including:
- Data source authentication, data integrity, data confidentiality, and digital identity management
- Selected ICT application areas where S&P is considered to be of great importance, such as, e-commerce, e-voting and e-health
- Conceptualization of usability and technical realization
- Commercialization (marketing plan and business realization) of ideas
The speakers for the Summer School are outstanding scholars from the academic world and industry.
The summer school is coordinated by EIT ICT Labs.
