In the course of this webinar Sabine Brunswicker and Gunnar Brink (Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft) will share their experiences and some of the original practices regarding the collaboration between industry and academia.
Abstract: In order to manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of University-Industry alliances and joint projects, it is critical to identify the design elements and critical success factors that shape the success of such relationships. We propose to develop a balanced scorecard as a key management tool for defining, measuring, tracking and improving the implementation of a University-Industry strategy.
The presentations will be followed by Q&A and discussion session in which everyone is welcome to participate.
