SME4DD: A comprehensive digital transformation journey for European businesses
At its core, the SME4DD initiative is about equipping businesses with the tools they need…
Are you developing digital solutions that make Europe more sustainable, inclusive and improve citizens’ quality of life? EIT Digital is inviting fast-growing digital deep tech scaleups to apply for the next edition of the New European Bauhaus acceleration programme.
The best four companies will receive a full year of tailored international growth support by the EIT Digital Accelerator worth €50,000 to scale up their business and boost social and economic impact for the European community. EIT Digital Accelerator leverages the pan-European network of investors and corporations to help digital deep tech companies raise Series A and Series B founding, expand market share and acquire international customers.
The programme is focusing on fast-growing ‘deep tech’ scaleups (startups in growth stage) with a differentiating product offering that leverages sophisticated, hard-to-reproduce digital technologies. The applicants must be incorporated in the European Union or one of the Horizon Europe associated countries. Their solutions should fit one of the five thematic areas: Digital Industry, Digital Wellbeing, Digital Cities, Digital Tech and Digital Finance.
The New European Bauhaus translates the European Green Deal into a tangible, positive experience in which all Europeans can participate and progress together. Therefore, the applicants must demonstrate the social and economic impact of their solution and how it integrates the three core dimensions of the New European Bauhaus:
This programme is part of the larger initiative called EIT Community Booster that has been launched by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) and five of its Knowledge & Innovation Communities: EIT Digital, EIT Climate-KIC, EIT Food, EIT Manufacturing, and EIT Urban Mobility.
Together they will select twenty European ventures driving sustainable change for cities, industries, climate, food, wellbeing and overall quality of life in order to help them become international gamechangers. These companies will receive business growth support worth a total of 1 million Euro.
The applications are open until December 17, 23.59 CEST.
