OmniBot, Europe's first voice and conversational artificial intelligence (AI) platform with fully proprietary technology, joins the EIT Digital Accelerator to speed-up its international market growth. Jeff Adams, who previously led the team that built Amazon Alexa's speech technology, recently joined OmniBot as Co-Founder and Chief Scientist. With a strong commitment to OmniBot, he and the team from his R&D and custom development company, Cobalt Speech and Language Inc., contribute know-how as well as voice and speech technologies to advance the OmniBot Conversational AI platform.
Launched in 2018, OmniBot enables OEMs, Resellers and Enterprises to build, manage and brand their own scalable ChatBot and Virtual Assistant ecosystems while maintaining complete control of their data, brands and users. OmniBot is already active in the EU, the North American and Asian markets. With the development team and technology being set, OmniBot engages to fuel its further international growth with support by the EIT Digital Accelerator, one of Europe's leading programmes for digital technology scaleups.
"We are connecting human- and artificial intelligence by natural conversations and interactions for a better understanding. The technology is perfect for companies that look to build and manage their own conversational interface with their customers or automate internal processes and communication without needing to rely on existing large platform vendors like Amazon, Google or Baidu," says Jascha Stein, Co-Founder and CEO of OmniBot. "With a sophisticated speech technology and one of the world's experts in that field, Jeff Adams, we are now complete and fully engaged to proceed with our goal to offer human like natural conversation, interaction and automation for any soft- or hardware system. The EIT Digital Accelerator team will support our strategic market growth, especially within the EU and North America."
The OmniBot platform is GDPR compliant and can be deployed in any combination of SaaS, private hosted, on premise, embedded or combined as a hybrid solution. Its features can be easily designed into any business application, automated customer engagement or IOT device including: e-commerce, websites, messaging platforms, smartphones, telephony, contact centre, smart home, automotive and Industry 4.0. In addition, OmniBot can be fully integrated with corporate backend services like CRM, corporate data bases or process automation. The platform delivers fast and accurate contextual understanding of speeches. In addition, the OmniBot platform provides dynamic, easy to use dialog design and testing tools, contact centre live agent integration features and a complete analytics tool kit.
