Speaker

Anna Ott joined hub:raum in 2013 as HR Expert and Advisor to all start-ups in the portfolio with regard to recruiting talents. She has been working in HR for startups since the early days of digital businesses in 2000 and has seen both sides of the table. The corporate and traditional HR roles as well as modern, talent-focused work in fast growing companies.

She also switched from employee roles to being a consultant and ran a company as a managing director somewhere in between. Recruiting has always been her main task - she learned her craft whilst being in executive search for several years. With all these varied experiences, she is now focusing on early stage startups and helping them with all people issues in growing their business and becoming a great place to work.

Bianca Walterspiel manages executive tech recruiting for Rocket Internet SE and its companies worldwide, and works hand in hand with the global CTO to craft talent strategy for Rocket’s engineering department.

Before joining Rocket, Bianca worked in agency recruitment in both San Francisco and Berlin, where she moved in 2014. She has specialized in staffing industries spanning enterprise software, gaming, and many other ventures in the digital space. Bianca is a compulsive networker who believes in paying it forward by focusing on the human element in everything.
