Since the late 1990s, Chris has been helping tech start-ups and scale-ups across a number of verticals grow from an idea to millions in annual revenue. His sales leadership has helped digital startups lead annual revenue growth from a couple hundred thousand to over $10 million in under 3 years. Chris has held many different titles in his career such as CEO/CRO/COO/VP, but always as the sales leader and operational architect who has held ownership over various functions such as: Enterprise Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Success, Sales Operations, Sales Development Teams, Business Operations, Finance, Legal and Compliance. Chris is also a licensed attorney and admitted to the bar in CA, NY, and D.C.

He started his career with a decade working on Wall Street as a Financial Advisor for Merrill Lynch and a Fixed Income Institutional Salesman for Bankers Trust and Citigroup.

Pui San Tam, EIT Hub Silicon Valley Project Manager, has a strong background in international community building and a passion for innovation. She leads projects focused on driving entrepreneurship and innovation in the technology sector. Born and raised in the Netherlands, she previously held the role of Senior Economic Officer for the Consulate General of the Netherlands in San Francisco, where she coordinated successful missions associated with such international events as CES, SoCap and the Bay Area Resilient by Design Challenge. These missions included government officials, SMEs, and startup founders. Fluent in three languages - Dutch, Chinese and English - Pui San has experience with diverse teams on three continents, equipping her well to manage the unique EIT Hub SV ecosystem of projects.

Orestis Trasanidis, Director of EIT Hub Silicon Valley, possesses a diverse and extensive background that has propelled him into various leadership roles across public and private organizations at both national and European levels. His expertise encompasses a wide range of innovation, with a strong focus on sustainable engineering, smart city intelligence, and digital transformation. As a project leader, he has effectively managed international teams, leveraging his vast experience and establishing successful partnerships with other organizations. A native of Greece, he previously served as the EIT AI Community Leader and is fluent in Greek and English, with a basic knowledge of Spanish and French.

Former engineer, Fabrizio has specialized in Business Operations.

In the funding team of his previous startup, Fabrizio successfully helped build the company from scratch, bringing it to secure series A funding. His skills span from Operations Excellence to HR, focus on how to build and run the backbone of a young company.

His aim is to help young businesses develop strong solid foundations so that they can successfully scale.
